The Spencer C. Duncan Make It Count Foundation is excited to announce a Virtual 5K Experience!

Scroll down for more information

As we made a decision to suspend the annual 5K event on the first Saturday in August this year, our team was committed to finding a way to allow people to still be able to experience our amazing event.  We have continued to offer a virtual 5K option each year and we decided to keep that as an option and move it to the Fall.

A virtual option is a great way to experience the Spencer C. Duncan Make It Count 5K!

You can participate with hundreds of other people this upcoming Veterans Day weekend in 2024.

Registration will be open soon!

Will you register and support the work of the foundation?  When you register we will send you a packet with a run shirt and other special items before the Veterans Day weekend. You must register to get a packet.

You can also participate when it is most convenient for you.  You get to decide what works best.  You can even run on a treadmill and watch the videos we have created to help bring the event to life, hear the national anthem, or listen to the playlist from the morning.

Take a look at our Virtual 5K Experience page on this website.

Please share your virtual experience with us!  We would love to see your pictures and hear your stories.

Thank you!
